Triomatic was formed in order to produce Flexible/Modulare
manufacturing systems and tooling for the aerospace and automotive industries.
Our flexible tooling is "Mass Produced for Efficient Production" probiding cost,
quality and schedule advantages over conventional tooling techniques. Triomatics's
hardware is used for Body in White welding systems, Assembly fixtures, Body framing systems,
Door assembly fixtures, as well as many other applications.

The example (shown below) is a CAD solid model of an automotive front end assembly welding fixture.
This was created using 90% Triomatic standard hardware,
returning a huge savings in design and build costs.
- Rapid Tooling
The example (shown below) is the above fixture constructed mainly from Off the shelf hardware.
This allows reapid setup "time savings" from tryout thru validation on the factory floor.
Our system's goal is ease of assembly and repid build, service and adjustability.
- True Flexibility
The exhaust system assembly (shown below) is performed on our flexible/modular
fixture tooling system. It can adapt quickly for part variation and future model change over.
